Wow, you are really on the forefront of nursing recruitment! I did not know! At Swedish Hospital this year, administration has launched a new all-out drive to find new nurses to hire. They even went so far as to offer us a free tote bag for our efforts if we were to bring someone in! (seriously, they did). I bet if they had us all wear the same uniforms, we'd be even more attractive! :-)
